Rajesh is responsible for Developing and implementing business strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals. This includes identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing plans to drive growth and revenue.

Responsible for managing the budget and financial performance of the organization. This includes setting financial goals, developing financial plans, and monitoring financial performance to ensure that the company is meeting its targets.

Responsible for leading and managing teams of employees across various departments. This includes setting goals, establishing policies and procedures, and providing direction and guidance to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and developments and adapting the company’s business strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Prior to his role in PalC Networks Rajesh was the Practice / Product Head – New Technologies and Innovation – Cloud, IoT and Data Centre. Rajesh was also at Huawei Technologies India Pvt Ltd – Director / Lead Architect– Research and Development Device / Consumer Cloud Service- DevOps / SRE / Automation. A Business leader with over 2.4 decades of experience, with a post-graduate degree from NMIS, Rajesh has successfully driven global sustainable business growth, managing multi-cultural global workforce across technology domains and industry verticals.

Balamurali holds responsibility for PalC Networks Engineering and Service delivery. Hecomes with a vast experience from professional service and IT service industry.

He has around two decades of experience in the Information Technology industry working in various stream of Security Domain and led service delivery for multiple clients . Prior to PalC Networks, Balamurali worked at DTCC and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

He has led various functions including professional services, program/project
management, Service Delivery, IT and more.

Balamurali Santhakumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and
Engineering .

Krishnamurthy Mayya handles the pre-sales and marketing division at PalC Networks. He has more than a decade years of experience in data-networking software development industry with rich experience in the disaggregated network solutions development spanning Layer-2, Layer-3 and MPLS protocols across both control-plane and data-plane system-level architecture of commercial and open source software stacks. Prior to joining PalC, Krishnamurthy was working at IP -Infusion India serving as the technical lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications engineering.

Haribabu serves as Director of Engineering and center-head at PalC’s Chennai location. He has two decades of experience in both telecom and datacom domain with a special expertise in the development/deployment of management-layer of networking solutions. Prior to PalC Haribabu served as Technical leader in Wipro and Aricent Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer science and
Engineering.

Rahul Garg serves as Director of Engineering and center-head at PalC’s Bangalore location. Rahul is an experienced test-architect who has a deep understanding and hands-on experience of Data center, SD-WAN and GPON solutions and has anchored the production readiness of multiple key projects at PalC.

Prior to joining PalC, Rahul was working at IP-Infusion India serving as the test-lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering.

Vignesh Kesavan serves as Director of Technology at Palc Network’s Bangalore location. He has around a decade and a half years of experience in data networking software development with areas of expertise in Layer3, MPLS protocols in commercial and open stack NOS. Prior to joining PalC, he also has worked in SDN solutions at Riverbed. Vignesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and
communications engineering.

Shivashankar serves as Senior Technical Architect at PalC’s Bangalore location. He has more than a decade years of experience in data-networking software development across Layer2, Layer3 ,SDN solutions and cloud networks. Prior to joining PalC networks, Shivshankar was working in IP Infusion serving as Technical Lead. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering.

Harsha serves as Senior Technical architect at PalC’s Bangalore location. He has more than a decade’s worth of experience in data-networking development across Layer2 control plane and lots of experience in dataplane development – both ethernet and optical. Prior to joining PalC, he was working as technical lead in IP Infusion. Harsha holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and communication engineering.

Ramesh Bysani serves as Senior Prinicipal Engineer at PalC Networks Bangalore location. He has more than two decades of experience in data-networking software development across layer2, dataplane development for commercial and open source NOS. Prior to joining PalC, he was working as Technical Lead at Cisco. He holds a Bachelors degree in computer science.

Sabarish Ravikumar serves as Senior Technical Architect. He has more than a decade years of experience in data-networking software development across Layer3 and MPLS protocols in both control plane and data plane software stacks. Prior to joining PalC, he was working in IP Infusion as Tech-Lead. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Kashinath Ganapathy serves as Senior Technical Architect at PalC’s Chennai location. He has around a decade years of experience in data-networking software development spanning Layer3 and MPLS protocols with rich experience in network analytics and cloud architectures. Prior to joining PalC networks,Kashinath was working in IP Infusion serving as Senior Software Engineer. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication

Previously worked with OEM’s Edgecore Networks (Presales Head – India), Ruijie Networks (Presales Head – India & SAARC) & Distributors EPS Global (Technical Head – India) & MFI Enterprise Solutions (Technical Manager – Tanzania, Kenya & Uganda) etc.

Rashmi H serves as Technical
Lead at Palc’s Bangalore location. She has vast experience in data networking software development across Layer2, Layer3 and MPLS and Management layer for control plane. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Computer Science engineering.

Sudharshan serves as Principal Engineer at PalC’s Bangalore location.
He has more than a decade’s worth of experience in data networking software development in areas like Layer2, Layer3 and MPLS control plane and data plane. Prior to joining PalC, he was software developer working on Junos EVO product line in Juniper Networks.
