PalC Partner Program

Partner on the platforms modern data centers actually need

PalC Networks builds intent-based fabric automation, SONiC platforms and networking solutions for enterprise, cloud, colocation and AI infrastructure operators. We work with technology partners, resellers and systems integrators who want a credible portfolio — and a clear path from first conversation to production deployment.

The opportunity

Customers need fabric control — not another CLI silo

Data-center and AI networking teams still wrestle with multi-vendor complexity, inconsistent change validation and operations that do not scale with racks, pods or tenants. Partners who can bring a coherent design-to-operate story win longer, higher-trust engagements.

01

Multi-vendor reality

Enterprises run mixed NOS and hardware. They want one operational model — not a different playbook per vendor.

02

Change risk

Configuration error remains a major source of network operational risk. Simulation-first and GitOps-ready workflows are now table stakes for serious buyers.

03

AI / GPU fabrics

High-performance compute drives new leaf-spine and RoCE requirements. Partners who understand fabric intent have a durable conversation with infrastructure leaders.

04

Open networking adoption

SONiC and disaggregated switches create demand for production-grade NOS, validation and lifecycle tooling — not just a reference image.

Why PalC

A partner motion built around product credibility

We do not ask partners to sell a slide deck. You get platforms customers can evaluate in a lab, pilot in production-like fabrics, and operate on-premises under their control.

Technically defensible portfolio

Intent-based fabric design, pre-deploy simulation, multi-vendor provisioning, telemetry, drift detection and AI-assisted operations — mapped to Day 0 through Day N.

Co-selling, not handoff-and-hope

Qualified opportunities get architecture support, demo packaging and joint customer conversations when the deal needs depth.

Enablement that respects your teams

Briefings, solution briefs and PoC guidance so your architects and pre-sales can speak to network and infrastructure buyers with confidence.

Customer-controlled deployment

Docker-native, on-premises options matter to regulated and sovereignty-sensitive accounts. Position control plane ownership without forcing a SaaS-only story.

Services attach

Pair products with PalC professional services for discovery, migration, lab validation and operational handoff — expanding deal scope when customers need delivery.

Clear commercial path

Start with a discovery call, align on partner type and territory focus, then move into enablement and registered opportunities — without inventing a one-size program overnight.

Portfolio

What you can bring to your customers

Lead with the platform that matches the opportunity. Expand into adjacent products and services as the relationship deepens.

Where partners win

Customer environments that map cleanly to this portfolio

Enterprise data centers

Modernize multi-vendor operations, reduce change risk and introduce intent-based design without a rip-and-replace mandate.

Cloud & colocation

Multi-tenant fabrics with VPC-style isolation, gateway services and a shared operational model across customer pods.

Managed service providers

Operate multiple customer fabrics from a common control plane story — with telemetry, drift and repeatable change pipelines.

SONiC / open networking

Help customers adopt open networking while keeping production guardrails, validation and lifecycle automation intact.

AI / GPU infrastructure

Engage accounts building high-performance fabrics where design, validation and Day-N observability are part of the bid.

Telco & edge fabrics

Where disaggregation and operational consistency matter, position PalC platforms alongside your existing networking practice.

Engagement models

FAQ

Questions partners typically ask

Is this only for large global SIs?

No. We work with regional resellers, specialists and technology partners who have a clear data-center or networking practice — as well as larger SIs.

Do we need deep SONiC expertise already?

Helpful, but not mandatory. Many partners lead with multi-vendor fabric automation (Cygnus) and bring SONiC where the customer strategy requires it. Enablement covers both paths.

Can customers run the platform on-premises?

Yes. NetCyntra Cygnus is designed for customer-controlled, Docker-native deployment — an important point for regulated and sovereignty-sensitive accounts.

What happens after I submit the form?

Our partnerships team reviews your interest, follows up to schedule a discovery conversation, and outlines the right briefing and enablement next steps.

Can we attach professional services?

Yes. Products can be paired with PalC services for workshops, PoCs, migration and operational handoff when your customer needs delivery capacity.

Where can I learn more about the products?

Start with the Cygnus, NetFabric and SONiC product pages, or contact us for a guided briefing.
