With close to two decades of experience across network engineering, product development, and business leadership, he brings a strong blend of technical depth and execution focus. He has led PalC from its early stages to a globally engaged engineering organization, working with customers across multiple markets.
Kingston is known for his hands-on approach, clarity in execution, and ability to build high-performance teams that solve complex infrastructure challenges. He actively engages with the technology ecosystem and stays aligned with evolving trends in networking and distributed systems.
Parul Agrawal is the Co-founder of PalC Networks and leads the organization's people strategy, workforce operations, and talent development initiatives.
With nearly two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, she brings a strong blend of operational discipline and people leadership. She has been instrumental in building scalable teams, strengthening organizational processes, and aligning workforce strategy with business goals.
