Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Silicon Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Open Network Linux (ONL), Broadcom ASICs, and the Broadcom SDK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DNX (Jericho/Qumran) or XGS (Tomahawk/Trident) architectures and a solid understanding of advanced networking technologies including L2/L3, VXLAN, EVPN, MPLS, SRv6, QoS, and Traffic Management. This role involves optimizing forwarding pipelines, enabling hardware platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance data center networking solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Platform Integration: Lead the end-to-end integration of ONL (Open Network Linux) across next-generation vendor hardware platforms built on Broadcom silicon.
  • Optimize Silicon Performance: Architect, develop, and configure advanced forwarding pipelines (including L2/L3, VxLAN, EVPN, MPLS, and SRv6) directly on the ASIC.
  • Fine-Tune Traffic Management: Architect and optimize Quality of Service (QoS) and Traffic Management (TM) blocks natively on the chipsets to ensure maximum data center throughput and reliability.
  • Collaborate on Open Networking: Work closely with cross-functional architecture and open-source software teams to develop robust hardware-enablement layers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Deep Broadcom Expertise: Strong hands-on engineering experience with the Broadcom SDK.
  • ASIC Architecture Knowledge: Proven expertise in either the DNX family (Jericho 2/3, Qumran 2/3) or XGS family (Tomahawk 3/4/5/6, Trident 3/4) architectures.
  • Advanced Networking Fundamentals: A rock-solid understanding of complex forwarding planes, multicast pipelines, and silicon-level routing protocols.
